Cirrusly.App helps a small aircraft group schedule aircraft, track flight activity, manage maintenance items, store aircraft-related files, and coordinate operational notifications. We only collect information needed to provide and protect these features.
Information we collect
We may collect account details such as your name, email address, role, and sign-in identifiers, plus app content you enter such as bookings, aircraft records, logbook entries, maintenance notes, uploaded files, preferences, and notification settings.
How we use information
We use this information to run the app, show schedules and aircraft records to authorized users, send requested notifications, maintain audit and safety records, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, and protect the app from unauthorized use.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with authorized members of your aircraft group as needed for app features, with service providers that host or secure the app, or when required by law.
Your choices
You can contact the aircraft group administrator to update your account, change your access, or request deletion where operational, legal, and safety record requirements allow. You can also manage available notification preferences inside the app.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect app data. We retain information for as long as needed to operate the aircraft group, keep accurate operational records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
